Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
